5 Useful Foods for Lactating Mothers
Being a mom is a wonderful experience. It brings about a
variety of changes in a woman's life, including various physical changes.
Breast milk is the baby's first food at birth. Bosom milk is something like a
gift for the child. It is rich in nutrients and energy which not only plays an
important role in the growth of the child but also protects against many kinds
of diseases. Physicians recommend that breastfeeding be started within one hour
of birth. For a few weeks after birth, it is usually advisable to breastfeed
the baby eight to twelve times a day for ten to fifteen minutes. As the baby
gets older, the breastfeeding interval increases. First-time mothers often have
difficulty breastfeeding in the early days of pregnancy. They worry about
whether the baby is getting enough to eat or not. Sometimes breast milk is not
enough for the baby which is why it is advisable to use formula milk. There are
a number of reasons why breast milk can be depleted. These include the use of
contraceptives, hormonal changes in the body, improper positioning of the
mother and baby during lactation, or lack of essential nutrients in the mother.
It is not right for mothers to think that if the baby does not drink breast
milk, then there will be some kind of decline in its development. Of course,
breastfeeding in its infancy has a positive effect on the health of both the
baby and the mother. Breastfeeding mothers should make the following foods a
part of their diet to make more milk and provide essential nutrients to the
baby.
1. Fenugreek
Who is not aware of the benefits of fenugreek. It gives the
body vital energy as well as fortifies the milk-creating organs. Diabetes
and asthma patients shouldn't utilize this tip.

in fenugreek accelerate the process of milk production in the breast.
Drench one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in some water for the

2. Fennel Seed

4. cinnamon

5. Garlic
It is said that mothers who consume more garlic in their
diet can breastfeed for a longer period of time. The use of garlic also gives
